Enquiries and services
We use the details you provide, such as name, email, telephone and message, to respond to your enquiry and provide requested services. This is based on steps you request before a contract or our legitimate interest in managing correspondence. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle and document the enquiry and meet legal obligations or defend claims.
We do not enable analytics, traffic tracking or marketing tools before your explicit consent. Rejecting optional tools does not prevent necessary website functions.
Optional statistics and cookies
Only after you accept statistics, we measure pages, referral source, country, device, browser, operating system, sessions, viewing time, scrolling and link actions or confirmed completion of supported forms. We do not collect form contents for analytics. The legal basis is your consent.
Optional measurement uses a temporary identifier per website and day. The IP address is used transiently to calculate it and determine country locally; it is not stored in the analytics database. Visitors are not linked across websites or days. Detailed records are retained for up to 90 days and daily totals for up to 24 months. Local country lookup uses DB-IP Lite.
Where Google Analytics or advertising tools are used, they activate only with consent for their respective category. External videos and maps load after the corresponding selection in Privacy settings.
The necessary site_privacy_v3 cookie remembers only your choices for 180 days. Optional categories are disabled initially. You can change choices or withdraw consent at any time through Privacy settings at the bottom of every page. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional collection.
Technical services and security
Hosting, technical support and email providers process the data needed to operate and protect the service. Server security logs are separate from the analytics database. Embedded content and anti-spam services may communicate with their respective providers. The distinction made here for basic measurement does not mean that the entire website processes no personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
